A capital city with a stable economy - Winnipeg ticked all the boxes!

Terra Commons was a joint effort between us and another developer to bring condo and townhomes to investors in Winnipeg, the capital of Manitoba. Our part of the project consisted of 40 units out of 46 units in 2 buildings. This was SureFire's first foray into a provincial capital and provided a very good opportunity and great return for our Equity Partners.
