Our first modular project - it opened our eyes to modular possibilities!

This project has the distinction of not only being our first Saskatchewan project, but our first modular home project as well. Located in Estevan, an oil-rich area not far from the North Dakota border, this development was a partnership with another developer so no equity partners were involved. While it is ongoing project for other owners, we sold our position in the summer of 2015.
