This 43-unit townhome situated in Riverview, New Brunswick, a bedroom community to Moncton, was unique in both location and layout as it was the first townhome project for the company. Moncton is the most populous metropolitan area in New Brunswick, and the second largest CMA in the Maritime Provinces, after Halifax. Edgewater proved to be a difficult project.
