Our first "buy & hold" project provided signficant results!

Crestwood stands out as our most successful project for our Equity Partners. Once again, we found a great opportunity on Vancouver Island, in the city of Duncan. Crestwood was severely neglected by its previous owner, so we took on an aggressive renovation and management program designed to maximize the potential of the complex. After less than 1/2 way through our program, we accepted an offer to sell, which almost doubled the value in less than three years.
